Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy

At Oris Academy, accessible at academyoris.com, all course enrollments, workshop registrations, and program fees are governed by the policy outlined below. Please read this carefully before completing your registration.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made toward Oris Academy programs, workshops, and courses are strictly non-refundable. Once a registration is confirmed and payment is received, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind or scheduling conflicts after enrollment
Inability to attend due to personal, professional, or medical reasons
Partial attendance or non-completion of a program
Dissatisfaction with course content after access has been granted

2. No Returns Policy

As Oris Academy delivers education-based services, including live workshops, hands-on clinical training, and digital learning materials, there is no physical product to return. Accordingly, a returns policy does not apply. All sales are final.

3. No Cancellation Policy

Oris Academy does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed registrations. Once your seat is booked and payment is processed, your enrollment is considered final and non-transferable. We do not offer:

Cancellation of confirmed registrations
Transfers of enrollment to another individual
Credits toward future programs in lieu of a cancellation
Deferrals to a future batch

4. Program Changes by Oris Academy

In the unlikely event that Oris Academy reschedules or cancels a program due to unforeseen circumstances, registered participants will be notified promptly. In such cases, participants will be offered either a seat in the next available batch or a credit toward a future Oris Academy program. Cash refunds will not be provided in these situations.

5. Agreement to This Policy

By completing your registration and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy in its entirety.
