I am Dr. Janu Shah, founder of Oris Academy. My purpose is to raise the standard of dentistry by empowering fellow professionals with the skills, confidence, and ethical clarity they need to excel. My career began in a modest one-chair practice, and through dedication and vision, I have grown it into a modern five-chair clinic equipped with advanced technology. This journey taught me that true progress in dentistry is built on discipline, consistency, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

At Oris Academy, I am dedicated to strengthening the fundamentals of dentistry while also teaching advanced techniques. I design every course to be immersive and hands-on, so learning translates seamlessly to patient care. My approach is centered on comprehensive treatment planning. I believe each case starts with listening, every plan with empathy, and that every treatment is rooted in trust.

Ethical responsibility is at the heart of my teaching. I guide my colleagues to make treatment decisions that always serve the patient’s best interest. My goal is to build a supportive community where dentists continue to share, learn, and grow together long after the courses are over.
